Company Store Instructions Page

Welcome to the Total Fire Company Store - your one-stop shop for all things Total Fire Protection and Total Fire & Security! All company store items are available for purchase by employees. You can choose the Total Fire Protection logo or the Total Fire & Security Logo to be embroidered on each item you purchase.

Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON APPAREL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on apparel items.  Please reference the sizing chart for each garment before ordering to assure an accurate fit.

PAYMENT 

To purchase items for personal use, simply add items to your shopping cart. Please use your personal credit card for payment. 
 

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped to the Grand Rapids Office. If you would like your order shipped to your home, a flat $15 shipping fee will be applied.

Please note: orders for embroidered shirts and other clothing items will be bundled and submitted three times a month.  Please allow for 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping.
